Spectrum Engineering Company, Inc. was originally
incorporated in the State of Michigan during 1979 for the
purpose of providing high quality electric power engineering
consulting, design, testing and commissioning services to
electric municipalities, Universities, industrial clients
and government agencies. During 1987, operations expanded
and the Company became the wholly owned subsidiary of Spectrum
Engineering Corporation (Indiana).
Spectrum has been privately held since its inception. The founders and employees
believe “that this holds” distinct advantages for the client.
The focus has always been and will always be to satisfy the customer. Public
traded companies must balance “shareholders’ interests” with
the client’s needs.
