How many employees does Spectrum currently have?

Spectrum Engineering currently has 22 permanent employees and typically grooms two university students who are seeking Engineering or Computer Science degrees.  Spectrum intends to maintain a 1:4 ratio of registered Professional Engineers to technical staff.
