Spectrum Engineering has business partner arrangements with, Environmental Systems Research Institute, a world leader in computer-based mapping. Spectrum is a strategic partner with Rockwell Software for the purpose of developing a next generation Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system using commercially available off-the-shelf software and hardware. Spectrum is also partnered with Environmental Systems Research Institute as an application developer in efforts to leverage the power of Geographic Information Systems for Utilities.
